- An applicant must have either an IEP or FSP to be enrolled into the school. If the child is younger than 3 years, they must be in the Early Steps Program under a Family Support Plan. If they are older than 3 years old, they must have an IEP. If not, we will work with the families and direct them to their neighborhood school or Child Find to initiate and complete the IEP process. After eligibility has been determined, the school will follow through with the enrollment process according to the policies and procedures.
